Virginia "Peggy" M. Fosdick, 89, formerly of Seneca, MO passed into eternal rest May 26, 2013 at Bethesda Nursing Home in St. Louis, MO after an illness. Virginia Mae Ragan was born June 8, 1923 in Seneca, MO the daughter of Lewis and Elma (Connell) Ragan. She had lived in Seneca most all of her life and was a homemaker. Peggy loved knitting, gardening and most of all her grandchildren and great-grandchild. Virginia "Peggy" Ragan married Eugene "Dick" Fosdick and he preceded her in death August 28, 1984. Survivors include one son; Larry Fosdick, St. Louis, MO; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home with funeral services following officiated by John Crowley. Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery.
