Truman Baughn

Truman E. Baughn, 86, Wyandotte, OK passed away May 28, 2016 at his home in rural Wyandotte.   Truman Edward Baughn was born April 15, 1930 in Beggs, OK the son of Orbra Ernest and Jessie Emily (Bryant) Baughn.  Truman’s father died when he was young Lige Costilow married Jessie and raised him as his own.  Truman was in the automobile industry all his life owning multiple car lots and service stations.  He currently owned and operated Truman’s Service.  Truman E. Baughn was a Korean War Veteran serving in the US Army.   Truman E. Baughn married Kathryn Bush June 16, 1951 in Las Vegas, NV and she preceded him in death May 16, 2015.   Survivors include one son David Baughn and wife Sharon, Maricopa, AZ; one Cyndi Baughn-Killian, Wyandotte; Three granddaughters, two great-grandsons and two sisters.   Truman was preceded in death by his parents, one infant brother and one sister. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, June 2, 2016 at the Set Free Ministries, Wyandotte with Pastor Larry Convirs officiating. Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery, West Seneca, OK.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.
