Sarah Wolfinbarger

Sarah E. Wolfinbarger, 88, Seneca, MO passed into eternal rest at 11:40 AM, Sunday, July 22, 2012.   Sarah Evelyn West was born October 9, 1923 in San Antonio, TX. At age three her grandmother and grandfather West took her in and raised her.  Sarah was the Medical Records Manager for the Former Sale Memorial Hospital in Neosho.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and friend to many.  Sarah loved to travel to the Pacific Northwest with her husband, going to Bluegrass Festivals, reading biographies, baking pecan pies for family holidays, taking care of her husband and enjoyed spending time with her family.  Sarah was a member of the Seneca Christian Church where she was the director over funeral dinners for many years. Sarah Evelyn West married Amos Wolfinbarger August 17, 1941 in Neosho, MO and he survives.   Additional survivors include one son, Jim Wolfinbarger, Tulsa, OK; one daughter Sandra Chandler, Nixa, MO; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and a host of friends.    Graveside services under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at the Seneca Cemetery with Doug Lawson officiating.    Friends may call upon the family from 11:30 to 12:30, prior to the graveside service at the funeral home.    In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Seneca Christian Church in care of the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, PO Box 380, Seneca, MO 64865
