Samantha Ann Parker was born on September 10, 1976, in Newport, Oregon, to Billy Durbin and Barbara Estes Durbin.
From a young age, Samantha was raised in Racine Apostolic Church under the leadership of Elder Jim and Sis. Virginia Triplett in Racine, Missouri. She was a graduate from Racine Christian School.
For ten years, Samantha served faithfully at Essex Apostolic Church in Essex, Missouri, as both a musician and a Sunday School teacher under the leadership of Bro. Ronnie and Sis. Sally Parker.
She had a lifelong love for children. After marrying, God blessed her with a beautiful baby girl, Sydney Diane Humphries.
Later married to her best friend and confidant, Clark Parker, together they have built a loving home. She embraced her role as a devoted wife, caregiver, and a nurturing second mother to CJ and Josh Parker. She was an incredible mother-in-love to Bree Parker and took Haven, Hope, and Sophie under her wing as her own.
Samantha was a grandma to Alyviana, Kolton, and Kade. She loved moments of laughter, making the best macaroni and cheese in the world, and she had joy in watching all the little ones, "play church." She loved seeing them dress up and hold shouting services in the living room.
She has been a faithful member of Calvary Apostolic Church in Bradenton, Florida, under the leadership of Pastor Darren and Sis. Shyann Parker. Samantha served faithfully as a breakfast cook. She counted it as a great privilege in preparing breakfast every Sunday morning and in watching the bright smiles of the children who arrived on the church bus ready for Sunday School.
Samantha loved listening to anointed preaching and letting the children listen to Adventures in Odyssey. She enjoyed plants, gardening, and was well known for making the best fried green tomatoes.
She believed the truth of the Word of God with her whole heart. Samantha had a walk with God, and a prayer life. She was a hard worker, organized, independent, and reliable.
She loved her family, her husband, her children, her grandchildren, her parents, her parents-in-love, her siblings, her nieces and nephews-as well as her friends, and her Calvary family.
Samantha passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on November 12, 2025, while holding her husband's hand.
