Patricia Rickman

Patricia Rickman, 76, Wyandotte, OK, passed into eternal rest September 8, 2016 at her daughters home in rural Wyandotte.   Patricia Newberry was born May 16, 1940 in Pitcher, OK the daughter of Orie O. and Loretta (Bellm) Newberry.  She was a lifelong area resident and formerly owned and operated a Beauty Shop. Patricia was a member of the Modoc Indian Tribe and a member of Long Assembly of God Church.   Survivors include three daughters, Anita (Jody) Williams, Wyandotte, Debbie Fortner Shelton, Wyandotte and Lisa K. Brock, Granby; one sister, Betty Eddings, Seneca; two brothers, George Newberry, Grove and John Wesley Newberry, Wyandotte; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson; 3 step daughters, Shila Rickman, Eurika Springs, AR, Shelly Kelly, and Shannon Neolson and husband Joe, Fairland, OK; 5 step-grandchildren and 2 step great-grandchildren.   Patricia was preceded in death by her first husband Willard Fortner and her second husband Steve Rickman; her parents, Orie O. and Loretta Newberry; one infant daughter Sheryl Ann Fortner; siblings, Lorene Chafin, Ruth Ann Newberry and (infant brother) Jimmy Newberry; one grandson Charlie Shelton; one grand-daughter Trisha Dawn Fortner and one step-granddaughter Angela Enyart.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.   Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday at the Brown Cemetery south of Wyandotte, OK with Michael Younger officiating.
