Obituary for Otto Victor "Vic" Moore

Otto Victor “Vic” Moore, 67, Lebanon, MO, passed away, March 10, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO after an illness.   Otto Victor Moore was born August 20, 1949 in Neelyville, MO the son of Lester and Virginia (Young) Moore. Vic honorably served his country in the United States Army.  He served three tours during the Viet Nam War and one tour in Desert Storm.  Command Sergeant Major Otto Victor Moore retired from the United States Army in 1991 after 23 years of service. Vic also worked for Charger Boats in Richland, MO for 20 years.   Otto Victor Moore married Sharon Farmer November 13, 2000 in Lebanon, MO and she survives.   Additional survivors include sons; Lance Moore, Ozark, MO, Ray Flaherty, Lebanon, MO and Charlie Bennett, St. Louis, MO, daughters; Lisa-Ann Buehlmann, Success, MO and Mary Woods Apache Junction, AZ, three brothers; Earnest Moore and Michael Moore both of Texarkana, AR and LeRoy Moore, Mavern, AR, three sisters; Penny Caddy, Marvern, AR, Diane Eddington, Texarkana, AR and Dee Tapp, Clinton AR; 8 grandchildren and a host of friends.  Vic was preceded in death by his parents Lester and Virginia Moore siblings, Navella Moore, Donna Myers, Ronnie Moore, Don Moore and Paul Moore.   The family will receive friends Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 7 to 8 pm at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.  Following the visitation the body will be taken for cremation.
