Otis Wilkins

Otis Oliver Wilkins Jr., 70, Joplin, MO, passed away September 19, 2015 at the Seneca House Nursing Home after a long illness. Ottis Oliver Wilkins was born January, 15, 1945 in Jasper County, MO the son of Otis Oliver Sr. and Katheryn Bell (Smith).  Oliver was a general contractor, was a avid collector of antiques and a jack of all trades.   Oliver graduated from Seneca High School in 1963.  Survivors include three brothers, Charles Wilkins, Roger Wilkins both of Joplin and Danny Wilkins, Welch, OK; one sister Rebecca Ann Wilkins, Alba, MO; a host of Nieces and Nephews and great-nieces and nephews.   Oliver was preceded in death by his parents Otis Sr. and Katheryn Bell and one infant brother Kenneth Wilkins.  The family will hold a celebration of life service at 2:30 pm, September, 22, 2015 at his residence (6680 Douglas Fir Rd, Joplin, MO).  Following services friends and family will have a visitation. Private burial will be in the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
