Morris Jones

  Morris Blake Jones, 60, Wyandotte, OK, passed away February 10, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin.
  Morris Blake Jones was born March 27, 1963 in Tahlequah, OK the son of Clarence C. And Mary Alice (Sherer) Jones.
  Morris formerly worked in the construction business where he operated a crane. He was a 1981 graduate of Parkwood High School in Joplin, MO and then went to Franklin Tech for HVAC training. Morris enjoyed fishing, hunting, trap shooting and hunting with his bird dogs. He loved to tinker with cars and rebuild them.
  Morris was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Alice Jones and one brother Thomas Bryan Jones.
  Survivors include his father, Clarence Jones, Wyandotte; two sisters, Lea Ann Gee and husband Darren Gee, Nixa, MO and Jane Schmidt, Wyandotte, OK.
  The body has been taken for cremation under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
  The family will hold a Celebration of Life Memorial Graveside Service will be held at 1:00pm, March 2, 2024 at the Seneca Cemetery.
