Obituary for Max L. King

Max Loyd King, 81, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest at 11:37am, July 8, 2014 at his home in Seneca After a long illness. Max Loyd King was born March 14, 1933 in McNatt, MO the son of James E. and Macie L. (Creamer) King. Max worked over 50 years as an heavy equipment operator. He worked on pipelines and for several companies include ten years for Circle C and King Backhoe and Dozer Service in Seneca.  Max was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church.  Max L. King married Beverly M. Rodrock March 31, 1956 in Miami, OK and she survives.  Additional survivors include three sons, Jimmy King and wife Becky, Miami, OK; Mark King and wife Bethel, Katy, TX and Darren King and wife Sandi, Seneca, MO; one brother, Jack King, Caney, KS; one sister; Reba Martin and husband Dale, Seneca; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.  Max was preceded in death by his parents James and Macie King; two brothers, James R. King and Joe King and two sisters, Louise King and Helen Ball.  Graveside services under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Seneca Cemetery with Rev. John Crowley and Gary Rhodes officiating. Pallbearers will be grandsons; Jacob King, Aaron King, Jon King, Asa King, Jacob Morris and Max King. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, Friday, July 11, 2014 at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or The American Diabetes Association in care of the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, PO Box 380, Seneca, MO 64865.
