Leslie A. Griner, 86, Wyandotte, OK passed away May 12, 2019 at his home after an illness.
Leslie Avion Griner was born October 29, 1932 in Wyandotte, OK the son of John H. and Etta Bell (Faber) Griner.
Leslie served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He formerly worked as an electrician for Simons, US Metal, Afton Hospital and Newell Coach until retiring in the 1996. Leslie was of Methodist faith.
Survivors include his children; Juanita Kay Michell, Commerce, OK, Leslie Eugene Griner, Fort Smith, AR, Mike Griner, Miami, OK and Debbie Griner, Miami, OK.
Leslie was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Johnny Griner, Genevie Haines, Atheda Parrish and Utoka Griner; one son, Sonny Griner and one great -grandson, Micah Hutinson.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, May 16, 2019 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO
Funeral services will be held will be held at 10:00 am, May 17, 2019 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home with Rev. Jon Bates officiating.
Burial will be in the Seneca Cemetery with Josh Blackwell, James McCall, Christopher Griner, David Griner, Preston Griner and Jim Griner serving as pallbearers.
