Laureva A. Lankford, 91, Seneca, MO, Passed into eternal rest at 11:25 AM, Wednesday, November 9,2011 at the Seneca House Nursing Home after a long illness.
Laureva A. Adams was born August 7, 1920 in Tulsa, OK the daughter of Lawrence and Geneva (Crumbliss). Laureva was a homemaker and a member of the Hottel Springs Church of Christ over 60 years. She married Junior Lankford August 10, 1939 in Seneca, MO and he preceded her in death March 12, 2005.
Survivors include two sons, John Bruce Lankford, Seneca and Joe Lankford, Neosho; one brother Donald L. Adam, Neosho; one sister June Williams, Neosho; 7 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Laureva was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Geneva Adams; one brother, Gerald Adams; two sisters, Betty Willis and Carolyn Willis.
Graveside service under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 11, 2011 at the Thompson Grove Cemetery with Lawrence Sanders officiating
