Larry W. Triplett

  Larry Wayne Triplett, beloved son, father, uncle, brother and friend, passed away on September 24, 2022. He was 81. 
  He was born on June 14, 1941, in Seneca, MO, and married Nancy Ann Atteberry on December 21, 1962. Larry grew up inRacine, MO, then moved to Springfield, MO, to work for Zenith Electronics Corp and where they raised their four children. He loved fishing and hunting and missed them both when he moved to El Paso, TX, to help Zenith manage their plant in Juarez, Mexico. He made frequent trips back to Missouri to hunt and fish and could be counted on to make opening day of trout season every March 1 at Roaring River State Park. “Dadol” was known for his breakfasts, gardening skills and making sure the grandkids knew they were loved and taken care of. 
  Larry is survived by his children Selayne Triplett of El Paso, TX; Lance and Kimberly Triplett of Paola, KS; Jessica Triplett of El Paso, TX; Leigh and Curtt Wilbourn of Alpine, TX; andLeticia and Everett Trujillo of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren Kaleb and Tasha Triplett; Katelyn and Quent Irwin; Abby and Colton Lloyd; Hannah and William Garrison; Bekah, Jackson, Sarah, Beth, Maggie, Darby and Wyatt Wilbourn; great-grandchildren, Kinlee Ledbetter, Kaydan and Kaiylea Triplett; Karter Wayne Lloyd; and Brinley, Briar and Bo Irwin.
  He is also survived by his sister Judy Severs, Racine, MO; and sister Janet and Barry Charter, Neosho, MO. There are also many in his extended family and friends he welcomed in to his heart and life. He is met in heaven by his wife, Nancy; his parents, George and Aliene Triplett, brothers Ervin and Stanley and granddaughter, Josephina Wilbourn.

The body was taken for cremation in El Paso, TX. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
