Obituary for L. Sue Sanders

L. Sue (Triplett) Sanders, 70, Racine, MO, passed into eternal rest at 8:25 pm, Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. Lillian Sue Triplett was born August 7, 1944 in Wichita, KS the daughter of James Wesley and Virginia Lee (Walker) Triplett. Sue was a 1962 Graduate of Seneca High School. She formerly worked for Martin's Department Store in Tulsa.  Sue and her husband Sam owned and operated a trucking company for many years and she operated Sue's Antique Resale. Sue was of the Apostolic  faith.   L. Sue Triplett married Sam Sanders July 22, 1966 in Neosho, MO and he preceded her in death March 24, 2009. Also preceding her in death was one daughter Susan Sanders in 1983; one son Shawn Sanders in 2010;  her parents Rev. Jim Triplett and Virginia Triplett; one brother, Jimmy Triplett; two sisters, Beth Gruver and Lolly Jones.   Survivors include grandchildren Christopher  Sanders and wife Vanessa, Neosho, Ashley Michelle Sanders, Arkansas, Sidney Sanders, Alyssa Sanders and Brenyn Norris; great-grandchildren Braylon Sanders Aidan Howell and Cooper Sanders; two brothers, Tim Triplett and wife Debbie, Racine and Kim Triplett and wife Susie, Seneca; one sister, Kathy Sampson and husband, Kelly, Racine and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.   Funeral services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, February 20, 2015 at the Racine Christian Church with Danny Call officiating. Burial will be in the Burkhart Cemetery with nephews serving as pallbearers.   The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the Racine Christian Church.
