Joyce Copeland

Joyce L. Copeland, 67, Neosho, MO, passed into eternal rest at 4:15 PM, Sunday, May 26, 2013 at her home after a long illness.    Joyce L. Saunders was born August 24, 1945 in Emporia, KS the daughter of John W. and Norma Jean (Graves) Saunders.  Joyce retired from Lockheed Martin in 2000 where she worked as a Mechanic.  She was a member of the Risen Ranch Cowboy Church, Carthage, MO.  Joyce married Bob Copeland August 20, 1994 in Mojave, CA and he survives.    Additional survivors include, Her mother Norma Jean Saunders, Mojave, CA; one sister, Norma J. Anderson, Topeka, KS; two brothers, Merlin E. Saunders, Mojave, CA and Robert D. Saunders, Edmond, OK.   Joyce was preceded in death by her father John W. Saunders; one brother, John Saunders and one sister, Anna Marie Saunders.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 PM, Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, May 31, 2013 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Chapel with Steve Stafford officiating. Burial will be in the New Salem Cemetery with Beau Saunders, Brian Saunders, Mike Copeland, Kyle Copeland, Charlie Sappington and Tim Sappington serving as pallbearers.
