Joy Lynn Brown, 64, Wyandotte, OK, passed away July 8, 2019 at her home after losing her battle with cancer.
Joy Lynn Simpson was born January 22, 1955 in Canton, OH the daughter of Delbert and Eunice (Bowman) Simpson. Joy worked for 25 years at the Seneca House Nursing Home. She was a member of the Faith Assembly of God in Wyandotte, OK. Joy Lynn Simpson married B.J. Brown Nov. 28, 1985 and he preceded her in death February 12, 2002.
Joy was also preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Brandy Lynn Haught; one brother Larry Simpson and one sister Jean Tibbits.
Survivors include one son; Ronnie Haught, Wyandotte, OK; one sister, Sharlene Hunt state of Ohio; two grandchildren; Bobby Joe Haught, Wyandotte and Ronda Lynn Haught, Stockton, MO.
The body has been taken for cremation and a Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 10:00 am, July 27, 2019 at Faith Assembly in Wyandotte, OK with Gary Rhodes officiating.
