Ernest Buzzard

Ernest B. Buzzard Jr., 82, Joplin, MO, passed into eternal rest at 4:50 pm, April 22, 2014 at National Health Care in Joplin after an illness.  Ernest Bransford Buzzard Jr. was born December 21, 1931 in Racine, MO the son of Ernest B. and Mable I. (Link) Buzzard. Ernest served his county in the United States Navy.  He was an electrician working in several companies in Joplin and a lifetime member of IBEW Local 95, Joplin, MO.  Ernest B. Buzzard Jr. married Colleen B. Larrol June 3, 1955 in Joplin, MO and she preceded him in death December 17 2013.  Survivors include; two sons, Tim Buzzard and wife Kris, Pleasant Hope, MO and Patrick Buzzard, Springfield, MO; Three daughters, Debbie Lawson and husband Russ, Carl Junction, MO, Cindi Hopkins and husband Brian, Joplin, MO and Kelli Buzzard, Joplin, MO; one sister, Willa J. Erhart and husband Ken, Springfield, MO; three grandchildren; Sarah Morrison, Brian Lawson and  Matt Hopkins and two great-grandchild Trevonte Singleton and Valhalla Morrison.  Graveside services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 26, 2014 at the Burkhart Cemetery with Jerry Seigel officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, Friday, April 25, 2014 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.
