E. Keith

E. Duane Keith, 87, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest at 5:30pm, June 16, 2015 at Freeman Neosho Hospital after a long illness. Ellis Duane Keith was born March 27, 1928 in Rural Seneca, MO the son of Harvey and Wanda (Buzzard) Keith. He was a lifelong Seneca area resident and had retired from the former Vickers Plant in Joplin. Duane was an Army Veteran serving from 1952 to 1954. He and his wife Nadine operated a farm south of Seneca. Duane was a member of the Seneca Church of Christ where he formerly served as a Elder.  E. Duane Keith married C. Nadine Dabbs July 1, 1961 in Neosho, MO and she survives.  Additional survivors include three sons, Steven Keith and wife Jaqi, Stanley Keith and wife Judy and Kevin Keith and wife Brenda all of Seneca; one brother Gerald Keith, Carthage; one sister, Melba Elkins, Neosho and a host of grandchildren, friends and church family.  Funeral services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, June 19, 2015 at the Seneca Church of Christ with Jake King minister officiating.  Burial will be in the Powers Cemetery with Allen Pendergraft, Josh Dodson, Denny Wilson, Gary Wilson, Doug Wilson and Jason Giebler serving as pallbearers.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.   In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Fair Heaven Children's Home or the Neosho Christian School, in care of the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, PO Box 380 Seneca, MO 64865.
