Dorothy Wallace

Dorothy June Wallace, 89, Wyandotte, OK passed into eternal rest February 4, 2017 at the Windridge Nursing Home in Miami, OK after an illness.   Dorothy June Crow was born February 24, 1927 in Wyandotte, OK the daughter of Charles Howard and Lavada Belle (Wilson) Crow.  She was a lifelong area resident and had formerly worked as a LPN at the former Eastern State Hospital, Vinita, OK retiring in 1984. She attended Fairland Christian Church, Miami First Christian Church and was a member of the Bearskin Fitness Center in Wyandotte.   Dorothy June Crow married William A. Wallace May 21, 1946 and he preceded her in death August 14, 2004.   Survivors include one son Aaron Wallace and wife Debbie, Wyandotte, OK; one daughter, Charlotte (McCall) Noah and husband Bill, Homosassa, FL; one sister Ellen Howard, Wichita, KS; five grandchildren, Monty McCall and wife Marcy, Mark McCall, Chad McCall and wife Channon, Crystal Wallace and James Wallace; 7 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.    Dorothy was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother Donald Crow and one sister, Pauline Johnson.    The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm, Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.    Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 11, 2011 at the Wyandotte Cemetery with Leon Weece officiating.
