Obituary for Donald Kyler SR.

   Donald C. Kyler Sr., Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest at 5:46 PM, Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin after a sudden illness.

   Donald Claude Kyler SR. was born June 17, 1932 in Dunkirk, NY the son of Guy Fredrick and Mary Katherine (Haight) Kyler.  Don had formerly worked for Kraft Foods and was a member of the Seneca Assembly of God Church. Don married Dorothy Lorene McGuirk July 14, 1950 in Lakeside, OR and she preceded him in death.  Don and Dorothy operated a upholstery business at their home in Seneca. 

  Survivors include three sons, Donald Kyler JR, Seneca, Douglas Kyler, Neosho and Darren Kyler, Joplin; one daughter Virginia Hembree, Neosho; 27 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren and his beloved friend Adria Cradduck.

   Graveside services under the personal direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 20, 2011 at the Swars Prairie Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Larry Convirs officiating.

   The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 PM, Friday at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Swars Prairie Baptist Cemetery in care of the funeral home, PO Box 380 Seneca, MO 64865.
