D. Griffin

D. Joan Griffin, 79, Seneca, Mo passed into eternal rest June 6, 2015 at her home after a long illness. Diana Joan Graham was born September 15, 1935 in Ottawa County, OK the daughter of Ruben and Dorothy (McGuire) Graham.  Joan was a homemaker and attended Wayside Assembly of God Church. She and her husband Bill owned and operated a Dairy for many years.   D. Joan Graham married Bill Griffin , June 24, 1951 in Eureka Springs, AR and he survives.   Additional survivors include two sons, Larry Griffin and wife Connie, Sneeds Ferry, NC and Gale Griffin and wife Brenda, Seneca; two daughters, Diana Walker and husband Darrell Sr., Seneca and Glenda Mathew and husband Tonis, Neosho; 32 grandchildren,48 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; one brother, Max Graham, Miami, OK and one sister Nancy Lee Brittle, Quapaw, OK.   Joan was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Norman Graham and one infant great-grandson Coby Brattin   Funeral services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 10th at the Wayside Assembly of God with Danny Burleson officiating.  Burial will be in the Seneca cemetery. Pallbearers will be Scott Walker, Tim Griffin, Chad Griffin, Darrel Walker, Brandon Brattin and Tommy Lee Brattin.   The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm Tuesday, June 9th at the funeral home.
