Charles Wilson

Charles D. Wilson, 88, Seneca, MO passed into eternal rest at 11:57 PM, Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin after a long illness. Charles D. Wilson was born July 25, 1925 in Miami, OK the son of Lyle and Maude Wilson. He loved fishing and gardening. Charles was a Navy Veteran and had worked for the former BF Goodrich plant in Miami, OK.  Charles D. Wilson married Norma Jean Roper June 25, 1965 in Miami, OK and she survives.    Additional survivors include two daughters; Glenda Hall and husband Lee and Brenda Woods all of Seneca; three grand-children and three great-grandchildren; one brother, Marvin Wilson, Fairland, OK; one sister Margie Ross, Stillwater, OK.   Charles was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Ruth Gainer and Vera Grayson.  Graveside services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the Seneca Christian Church with Doug Lawson officiating.
