My name is Fred(Dean) Callahan. Max and I grew up about a quarter of a mile from each was ;a little more than a month older than Max so we went to school together for our first * years in a one room school house (Nr 1 Dist 85) with a single teacher for all 8 grades. After that we went to Seneca H.S. for the next 4 years. Max was my best man at my wedding to Dorthy Fisher
after H.S I worked short time in the Neosho area them subsequently moved to Idaho and my contact with Max was on and off for the remainder of our lives. I did visit him on my return to the Seneca area for reunions and family visits but Max was always just a thought away. Max will be missed and my condolences go out to the Chester and Golden Family
