Herschel (Kent) Daniels, born February 17, 1953 in Neosho, MO, lifelong resident of Seneca, MO passed into eternal rest May 25, 2019 at his home. Kent attended Seneca High School graduating in 1971 and then went to Crowder College. Kent work formerly for L-A-Z Boy 34 years. He became an electrician. Kent loved his Kansas City Chiefs. He was a Christian and never hesitated to share is faith with others.

He is survived by his wife Jerrilyn Churchwell Daniels of the home; His four daughters Sheila Whitehead, Seneca, MO, Michele Howard, Kansas City, MO, Lisa Wells, Pittsburgh, KS and Jennifer Ayers, Lee’s Summit, MO; His stepchildren, Michael Wyrick, Witchita, Ks, Mollie Dees, Seneca, MO and David Wyrick, Joplin, MO; His siblings, Connie Brown, Seneca, Karen Gilstrap, Seneca and Curtis Daniels, Loma Linda, MO; his mother-in-law Ann Graves, Joplin, MO; Aunts, Donna Jean Goswick, Racine, Geta Markley, Dennis, KS and Flora Beth Holloway, Chanute, KS; 18 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 pm June 2, 2019 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home Seneca, MO.

Funeral services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO will be held 2:00 PM, June 3, 2019 at the Seneca First Baptist Church with Bro. Jim Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Kirk Cemetery with Jared Whitehead, Matt Howard, Nathan Wells, David Wyrick, Justin Ayers and Tyler Wilson will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Wyrick, Ron Bittle and CA Terry.

Kent was a member of the Seneca Athletic Club at the same time i was, we both coached softball teams...he was a super nice man, very patient and kind. i enjoyed those thoughts and prayers are with his family, for peace and comfort in the days ahead..God bless you all...
